Our approach involves individual coaching designed to assist candidates, first

Career Transition Options:
The program
offers maximum flexibility for you. You can speak with Rick in his office, or on
the phone, or via email.
Option #1:
Basic Resume Review: In this option, Rick will review your resume and cover
letter and offer you practical tips to ensure that your resume sells your skills
and that it has impact, precision, and focus. Fee for Option #1 is $250.
Option #2:
Comprehensive Career Program: In this option, we will review your resume (Option
#1 benefits) and you will receive UNLIMITED telephone, email, faxes and
correspondence for two weeks. You will also receive “Your Career: Moving
Forward, a Career Transition Guide.” This 87-page guide provides you a clear
path and direction to a successful job search. Fee for Option #2 is $750.
Option #3:
All Inclusion Program: You receive the basic resume review (Option #1) and the
Career Transition Guide, and UNLIMITED telephone, email, faxes and
correspondence for one month. Responses will be provided as needed and will not
be limited to business hours (e.g.: you may want to schedule calls at night for
privacy purposes). Fee for Option # 3 is $1,500.
Option #4:
Resume Complete Program: For the busy individual who does not have the time to
write their own resume, we can do it for you. We will schedule a time where we
can review your career in detail. We will identify your successes and career
highlights and then we will draft a professional resume for you within one week.
Fee for Option # 4: $900.
Payments must
be made in advance. For enrollment of two months at a time, there is a 5%
discount; for three at a time, a 10% discount; and for four or more at a time, a
15% discount.
How To Begin:
Send us by email, fax or regular mail information about your desire to
participate along with your goals and expectations of the program. Then we will
have a telephone consultation (at no cost to you) to determine if I can meet
your needs and whether we are a match. Once you make your initial payment by
check or credit card, Rick Dacri will contact you to set up the initial meeting.
