Career Transition Coach
"Thank you so much for all of your help. You are an excellent mentor and sounding board throughout this new job search process."
- Tom Rust

"I found Rick to be very helpful. I was employed for eighteen years before I was laid off and my job search skills were more than rusty. Rick showed me how to step back, regroup, and hit the ground running. The job search techniques he provided me were very useful: resume writing, interviewing, and the importance of staying focused. Rick adds a lot of enthusiasm and wit to coaching. I was re-employed in a down market during the holidays and I am now making more money. That says it all."
