Rick Dacri is a consultant, speaker, coach and author with over 25 years of executive
management and consulting experience. Rick is one of those rare individuals who
can take difficult employee issues, sort through their complexities, and find
solutions for employers that make sense. He has consulted to a wide variety of
industries --large and small, always bringing to the table a practical approach,
sound advice, and a sense of humor.
His consulting firm, Dacri & Associates, LLC has attracted organizations in
numerous industries, from small not for profits to the Fortune 500. Since 1995,
Dacri & Associates has been assisting individuals and organizations to improve
productivity and performance.
Rick is a recognized national speaker and has authored articles for a number
of business publications. He has been an adjunct professor at Clark University,
Assumption College and Fitchburg State College, where he has taught courses in
management, human resource management and organizational behavior. He is active
in his local community and when he is not working, he can be found enjoying the
beauty of coastal Maine either behind the lens of his camera or paddling his Old
Town kayak.
